We specialize in our bakery in Bali in old style European breads made from real sour and other fresh doughs.We use first class flours such as rye,mixed flours with seeds, wheat flour, vollkorn and various others. The breads are made based on old traditional recipes without bread improvers, artificial colors, artificial flavors and preservation chemicals. As such the shell life is relatively short but the breads can be stored for at least 3 months in freezers in suitable packing such as strong plastic bags and plastic containers.
