Most ingredients are already mentioned in the our other explanations. Other minor ingredients we are using are baking powder, vanilla sugar, milk, raisins, jams, almonds, nuts, honey, cinnamon, corn flour, vegetable oil, soy milk, lemon and orange peel and other prepared and fresh fruits.

Decorations are created by using the freshest available fruits. Seasonal we use either local fruits such as bananas, coconuts, strawberries, raspberries, red and white grapes, pineapple, mango, papaya, plums, baby bananas, cherry tomatoes, pomegranate and many others.
Same as for fruits local flowers are only available during certain seasons and we use frangipanis, local roses, Ixora flowers, orchids and many more. Imported flowers such as tulips, roses, lilies, imported orchids, daisies, iris, daffodils and Hydrangea are also not available the whole year around.

One of our specialties are hand made flowers, figurines, and cartoon characters from icing sugar, marzipan and chocolate.
